The concert last night was amazing. A-MRAZ-ing, Ama-CARBON LEAF-ing, A-RAUL MIDON-mazing. With Ella, Hilary, Maggie, Caeley, Cami, Rachel, Amanda, and Julia! First, Carbon Leaf came out... played like six songs. All of which were wonderful. The lead singer smiled at me! Yesss...
Then Raul Midon who is also AMAZING and he's blind and has the most awesome guitar playing style ever and makes trumpet noises with his mouth AND sings with Stevie Wonder on his cd. And then...
JASON MRAZ. I cannot tell you how happy I was/am. He is ALWAYS amazing [what's better than amazing? Spectacular?] live, and he was just... SPECTACULAR. Ahhhh I can't even begin to describe it... and he smiled at me twice and he did the robot sorta thing during Clockwatching and then he brought Raul back out and they dueted and he told jokes and he was hilarious and he danced and he was lovely and I took so many pictures but by the time he came out I only had like five left which sucks meaning I'll have to get everyone else's pictures too and .. AHHH.
He didn't do O. Lover but everything was AMAZING anyway! And then he left and came back out for an encore and did Plane and GEEK IN THE PINK and it was the best thing ever, what a great way to end the show. Oh! and when he did Please Don't Tell Her he was like... "Please don't tell her 'cause she'll feel guilty when I'm goneeee..." and then he paused and everyone yelled "FUCK YOU!" and then he continued "... 'cause I'm crazy like the rest of us... but I'm crazier when I'm next to her..." and it was fucking LOVELY especially 'cause he was smiling and laughing when everyone yelled and... ahh.
Afterwards, we didn't get to see him, I don't think he even came out. But I bought an O. Lover shirt, which I'm wearing right now, and a small model plane because of "Plane" which cost two bucks but I only paid one 'cause the guy was like "keep your change... "
... and I bought a Carbon Leaf shirt and they all signed it and those guys are so awesome! They're so down to earth and everything... especially the lead singer, Barry Privett, 'cause he was just like... a normal person and everything. And they're gonna be touring with Blues Traveler soon so I told him I would definitely try and see them again when they do that 'cause Blues Traveler is awesome too...
Oh! and they signed Maggie's converse and they were like "So, you're an artist? Do you have a website or something where we can see your stuff?" and she was like "no.." and they were like "Well if you get one, email us so we can check it out" or something like that. And it was cool.
Oh, and during Mraz, Maggie yelled "WE HAVE THE SAME SHOES" and it was funny... 'cause they did.
AND we had the best "seats" ever! I mean we were standing sooo close to the stage... like pretty much as close as you can get... Carbon Leaf and Raul and Jason were just like... ten feet away and sometimes closer and... ah what a great experience, it was just so amazing and I need more words to describe it like... extraordinary, astounding, remarkable, breathtaking, magnificent... !!! ...
I haven't developed my pictures yet but here's two from Julia:

So great. So happy.
